This year in collaboration with the company CEHISA, We have presented in the last International Fair of Valencia FIMMA, a cell of mechanization and adgebanding, in a complete automatic process, the installation was composet with the following elements:

- CNC NESTING MILLING MACHINE.
- GOLIAT MANIPULATOR FOR THE MANAGEMENT OF THE CUT PIECES.
- EDGEBANDER MACHINE WITH AUTOMATIC EDGE MAGAZINE.
- RETURN OF PIECES FROM THE EDGEBANDER.

The system of functioning of the cell is the following one:

By means of a program of design, we realize the project of the furniture that will serve you for show to your customer, when the client accepts the offer, we will fulfil the elements of each and every of the elements that compose the furniture, with the technology of corresponding assembly.

By means of CAM's module, we will export this information to the milling machine CNC, which will realize the whole breakdown, with the necessary mechanization.

Once cut the pieces the system will deposit the boards at the entry of the edgebander, which will fit their groups of agreement with the thickness of the panel and selecting automatically the colour of the edge that we want to plate.

A return placed to the exit of the pieces of the edgebander, will do that the pieces return at the entry of the same one and the manipulator will turn them so often as singings have to be plated and placing the piece on a palet in the moment in which the process has concluded.

All this process can be carried out by an alone person and realizing the programming from the technical office, taking advantage of the project that one has presented for the offer.

With the development of this project, CEHISA and RIERGE, are in disposition to be able to offer you,  economic solutions with a high component of automation of the furniture manufacturing processes.

At the moment JUNY 2008, we are completing a new project, called PORTEMAK, is a new concept of manufacture of massive wood doors. The process is the following one, we obtain the posts of a door from a molder machine, by means of a system of automatic loading it enters at the multifunction machine that have 22 programmable axes in 5 different heads and managing a total of 32 motors, to the execution of all the works of outlined, chiseled, saw-toothed, gleaned, milled, drilled, grooves security, anuba drills, pomel, lock, key, handle, predrilling…

The cycle of the mechanized one of both posts is inferior to 1 minute. We already only have left to mount ceiling and the crosspieces and we have the finished door.

PROGRESS DOOR, Has 2 machines of double table and double heads of simultaneous work. The mall pillows are we equipped with multiple vertical, horizontal, floating mall pillows milling motors, drilling groups, circular saws automatic tools changer. One of the machines I know has equipped with novel group JETLIST of gluing and wood ribbon insertion, patented by RIERGE.

GOLIAT Intelligent feeding,  type gantry of load and unloading of the 4 tables of the milling machine, choosing different origins and destinies from the load.

The most importantpoint is that all this managed is done in a single time, from our PortaCam Software V7.

RIERGE does not stop to invest in investigation and developing new products, destined to realize the works every day more automatic and safety, eliminating the intermediate times of pieces manipulation from a machine to another. Our department of engineering it is at your disposition, for the elaboration of the project that wishes to carry out.

PROGRESS/DOOR, - A revolution in door production, is a portic machine with double table and able to work on two doors at the same time, and with a lot of options on, some of them realy interesting and completely new around the world. ASK TO US FOR THEM.

STRIP INSERTION GROUP "JETLIST"
We have ready to install this unit. It can be installed on your machine or you can purchase a specific machine to do it.

It’s a group who put the glue, insert the strip, later on the door is sanded, edged on the surface, after this process we put again the door on the milling machine and the piece of wood it comes on the surface.
We have a striped door, in automatic and with a very short time.

FERRADOR BILATERAL.
At the moment the first machines are running with exceptional results, they are installed on line with our machines MEKADOOR and MEGADOOR.

It’s a machine for insert the ironwork inside the milling forms done on the door, the hinges and the lock are placed and screwed at the same time.

Every thing it runs automatically with high precision and performance.

EASYDOOR
Again another machine for door production, with this smallest model we can work on the door and on the frames, we can produce around 70 units day. The presentation of this machine it was during the celebration of FIMMA/07 trade show in Valencia.
